Cream of mushroom soup 1 can (10.5 oz)
Sweet and sour sauce ¾ cup
Soy sauce 1 tablespoon
Olive oil 2 tablespoons
Garlic (minced) 2 cloves
French fried onions 1 cup
Crushed pineapple (drained) ½ cup
Bell pepper (diced) 1 medium
Black pepper ¼ teaspoon

Cooking Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté the diced bell pepper and minced garlic until softened.
  3. In a large bowl, combine fresh green beans, cream of mushroom soup, sweet and sour sauce, soy sauce, crushed pineapple, and sautéed bell pepper mixture; mix well.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased casserole dish and top with French fried onions.
